Stop the mixer and with a spatula incorporate the Parmesan cheese and sifted flour together with the baking powder, alternating with the milk when the dough thickens. Repeat the process until the flour is finished.
Over the resulting composition add the mushrooms, ham and greens. Stir slowly until incorporated.

Wallpaper a cake form with baking paper and pour the composition. I used a silicone mold and it was not necessary to put baking paper. Put the tray in the oven, over medium heat, for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool and serve the cake.

On holidays or when we have guests, appetizer cakes are welcome. They are easy to prepare, quite cheap and effective. The recipe below belongs to Cristina K, I liked that it is very fast. I changed it a bit, it's allowed from Cristina :), I liked what came out, it goes on the holiday list.

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a little salt
  • 250 g bacon (I put 150 g ham and 100 g salami)
  • 100 g black olives
  • 1/2 red pepper (I put 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 green pepper)
  • 60 g grated cheese

I cut the ham, salami, peppers and olives into pieces.
Mix the eggs well until they become a frothy composition. Pour the oil lightly, stirring constantly. Add sifted flour together with baking powder. Then add the rest of the ingredients, stirring gently.
Pour everything into a cake pan lined with baking paper (mine was a bit big and that's why it didn't come out so high) and bake for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius.

Remove on a grill, leave to cool well and then cut.
