RECIPE PREPARATION Lettuce soup:

Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a saucepan. Add oil to a finely chopped onion. Add water and bring to the boil. When it starts to boil, add the salad and salt to taste. When the salad is almost cooked. add the finely chopped garlic and the juice of a lemon. Leave for another 5 minutes and add the 4 beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and pour into the pan, stirring with a spoon. In a bowl, put the cream in which gradually add the soup until it becomes hot. Add more salt to the soup and add the finely chopped dill. GOOD LUCK!

As I used to (I think :)), today I am posting a recipe offered by the online libris bookstore. The book from which we took the recipe is called Our Dishes and is written by Horia Virlan.

  • 2 large or 3 medium green salads
  • 150g smoked ribs, without bone and without mice
  • 1 large onion cleaned
  • 1 medium parsnip, cleaned
  • 1 small parsley root, cleaned
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley
  • 1.5 l vegetable soup
  • 2 milk dogs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Cut the ribs into strips and brown over medium heat in a pot

While browning the ribs, finely chop the vegetables, and then add them over the ribs. Saute the mixture for 3-4 minutes, then add the flour and mix well until incorporated into the fat. Now add the hot soup together with the milk. Boil the soup over low heat.

Green Salad Soup

4-5 heads of salad, 1/2 l borscht, sour whey from cow's cheese,
lemon juice or salt or vinegar, 30 g smoked bacon or oil, 5-6 puppies
garlic, a yolk, 300 ml sour cream or 200 ml yogurt, an onion, paprika, dill,
leustean, net.

Method of preparation:

The well-washed salad is taken in bundles and cut into wide strips
which will be put in 1 1/2 l boiling water, together with a finely chopped onion. it
boil for about 15 minutes, until well softened, then sour, to taste, with
borscht or other sour substance, filling the liquid, so that the soup is suitable for
thick.

Rub the yolk well with sour cream, add flour (10 g per liter of soup).
Cream can be replaced with yogurt and without flour. The whites are dissolved with hot soup and then poured over the soup seasoned with salt and pepper.

It is flavored with dill and chopped garlic, and optionally with larch.

For taste, fry the smoked bacon, which is cut as small as possible, until
when the scallops turn light golden and pour into the soup.
