RECIPE PREPARATION Peasant potatoes:

The potatoes are washed and boiled in shell, in cold water with a little salt. Meanwhile, clean the onion, cut it into rounds and fry it in sunflower oil. After boiling the potatoes, peel them, cut them into rounds and place them in a heat-resistant tray. On top of the potatoes, spread the fried onion and bacon cut into pieces. Put the tray in the oven over high heat for approx. Ten minutes.
