- 3 eggs
- 250 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 100 ml oil
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 400 gr plums
- a little butter to grease the pan
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Plum cake:
We mix the eggs with the sugar until the sugar melts.
Add oil, baking powder and flour.
Stir until well blended.
Pour the composition into a pan greased with butter.
The plums that we washed and let the water drain from the pee, cut them in half and remove the seeds.
We place them in the tray on top of the dough and put them in the oven.
Check after 20 minutes if the top is baked.
Allow to cool, powder with sugar and serve.
