I put the frozen seafood in the dry cooker pan, in which I melted the butter, and let it boil for 15 minutes in the sauce formed (from butter and water left by the frozen fruit).
I cleaned the garlic and sliced it, then I added it to the pan, over the seafood, together with a special spice for the fish. I left it on the fire for another 5 minutes, to even out the flavors.
I served it with pre-cooked rice, which I prepared by boiling it in water, with a little salt, two tablespoons of oil and chopped basil.
P.S. Everyone was delighted with the result, except my mother-in-law, who did not have the courage to taste =))): D
