This recipe caught my attention in a magazine and I adapted it to my taste. It is easy to prepare, effective and very tasty.
- 1 kg of very finely chopped meat
- 2 eggs
- a glass of mineral water
- salt
- SPICES
- 3 slices of bread soaked in milk
- a teaspoonful of baking soda
- chopped parsley
- 2 onions hardened in butter
- eggs depending on how many baskets you want to prepare

RECIPE PREPARATION Meat baskets with egg eyes:
Mix the meat with all the ingredients (the two eggs, mineral water, salt, spices, parsley, baking soda, bread soaked in milk) and let the flavors mix a little (about 15-20 minutes). Put baking paper in a tray and form baskets with a spoon in which we will make holes in the center and put a raw egg. Put them in the hot oven until they get a golden shade and are cooked (30-40 minutes).
Serve warm with salad and other garnishes.
