- 2 tablespoons honey
- 280g (10 oz) bread flour
- 60g (2 oz) wholemeal flour
- 30g (1 oz) dried milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7g (1/4 oz) dried active baking yeast

- Put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Process for large loaf, wheat setting.

Altered ingredient amounts.Very easy to make, everyone loved it! The only thing is that it sank in the middle. I used less yeast, but it still sank. Still delicious and smelled great while baking!-14 Jul 2008
I loved the Honey taste in this bread, it was GREAT! It didnt make a tall loaf and was a little heavy but was a pleasure to eat! Next time I will put a little more yeast into it.-14 Jul 2008
It sunk, unfortunately. I could tell it was going too about halfway through the cooking process - it was rising far too much, to the point where it was touching the lid of the breadmaker. Still, it tastes ok-04 Jul 2011
