In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil put the vegetables, not thawed, and leave
cook for 7-8 minutes, covered with a lid and stirring occasionally.
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and place in a bowl.
The fish fillet is cut into small cubes, salted and peppered and cooked for a few minutes in a little oil. Then place over the vegetables.
Add finely chopped green parsley and lemon juice to taste.
It is a delicious salad, easy to prepare.
